By accessing and using the PGMEuroCat platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and business clients.
PGMEuroCat is a B2B trading platform for catalytic converters and platinum group metal (PGM) recovery, operated from the United Kingdom. The platform provides pricing information, product catalogues, enquiry management tools, and related services to verified business clients.
References to “PGMEuroCat”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to the entity operating this platform.
Use of the platform is restricted to business entities and sole traders operating in a professional capacity within the catalytic converter, automotive recycling, or related industries. By registering, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to verify your business identity and to refuse or revoke access at our sole discretion.
3.1 Catalogue and Pricing
The PGMEuroCat catalogue provides reference pricing for catalytic converters based on current PGM (platinum, palladium, rhodium) market values. All prices shown are indicative and in Euros (EUR), exclusive of VAT. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order processing and may vary with live market conditions.
3.2 Price Access
Price visibility may be subject to approval. Approved users have access to indicative pricing within the catalogue. Access may be granted, suspended, or revoked based on trading activity, compliance requirements, or at our discretion.
3.3 Enquiries and Orders
Submitting an order through the platform constitutes a formal purchase enquiry, not a binding purchase contract. A binding contract is formed only upon written confirmation from PGMEuroCat following order review. Payment terms, delivery details, and final pricing are communicated at confirmation.
By using the platform, you agree to:
All content on the PGMEuroCat platform — including product data, pricing databases, design elements, trademarks, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of PGMEuroCat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
The platform and all information contained therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Photographs and product images on the platform are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely represent the actual item supplied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PGMEuroCat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total value of transactions processed through the platform in the preceding three months or (b) £500 GBP.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
